All vehicles on EBay are also for sale on the lot, and therefore, we hold the right to remove the vehicle from EBay. We require a $1,000 deposit within 48 hours of auction close, with full payment within 7 days. Deposits may be made by credit card, however, we require a certified bank check or cash for final balance. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no provision for arranging temporary or in transit tags. All vehicles are sold AS-IS! This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied.
A conveyance fee of $299 will be added on top of winning bid.

Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Payment Methods:
Cash (In Person), certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd-party financing.
Fees and Taxes:
Buyer responsible for $299 conveyance fee to be added to final sale price. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
