Up for bid is a 2001 Dodge window van with 23k miles. Clean AutoCheck report - click "history report" to review it free. Mass van (former utility) with no outer body rust, and an extremely solid undercarriage. Sideswiped something as the whole left side is dented. Rear wheel drive with power provided by Mopar's multiport fuel injected 5.2L (318 cubic inch) V8 and automatic overdrive transmission - plenty of power, great reputation for longevity. Dedicated compressed natural gas with 58 gallon tank. Drives out GREAT - drive anywhere (but make sure you know where all the CNG stations are!)

This car is offered by North Star Auto Sales, 1127 Waterloo Geneva Road, Waterloo, NY 13165, which is about 45 minutes from either Rochester Syracuse (and their respective airports) 6 miles from the NYS Thruway (I-90.)
ENGINE: Runs on all eight cylinders without smoking, missing, or knocking. Engine runs at proper temperature and there are no warning lights. Good battery charging system. Good oil pressure. Recent oil change. Runs strong.
TRANSMISSION: Performs flawlessly. Engages gears quickly and shifts through all four forward gears and reverse with good downshift and torque converter performance. Clean fluid with no burn odors or noticeable leaks.
EXTERIOR: Body: Body is in fair shape. No rust-through, collision damage as pictured is all superficial - no frame damage. Below average. Paint: Paint is in nice shape (where not scuffed from the sideswipe) and all original with some normal wear for an urban utility truck. About average. Other: Front rear metal bumpers are in good shape. Undercarriage is solid - see the pics. Windshield is in good shape, missing a piece of glass on right side door. Steel wheels are in good shape.
INTERIOR: The interior is very nice and consistent with lower miles. Non-smoker's car - NO foul odors. Above average.
ELECTRICAL STUFF: All inspection items work (lights, horn, wipers, etc.) but would need a left rear lens to pass inspection at the buyer's expense. Has hot heat, cold air, am/fm radio no other options.
DRIVEABILITY: Drives nicely! Steering and suspension are tight, and alignment is good but pulls a little to the right. Brakes work well with good linings, no noise or heavy vibration. Tires have about 30% tread remaining on a matched set of good quality radials. Exhaust is solid and quiet. Drives well - no surprises.

Short version: Small deposit as listed (but fast) by overnight mail or Paypal within 24 hours. Balance due within 7 days from the end of the auction, which means if you want to see it in person before paying, which I completely respect, then you must be here within 7 days, too! I'll pick you up at the Geneva, NY bus station or meet you or your transporter by appointment. $125 administrative fee on this auction. Note that pickup times are ONLY: If you need DMV service (temp tags or new NY plates) - Monday or Wednesday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you do not need DMV service, including transferring NY plates, then Tuesdays 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. or Saturdays 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. are also available. Prepaid vehicles scheduled for transport can be picked up any time with at least 24 business hours' notice - have your driver call me. Sorry, but I work a full time job, too, so scheduling is tight!
