Terms and Conditions
Fee and Tax Information: Texas buyers pay 6.25% sales tax and the cost of any required state safety inspection as well as registration and temp tag and title fees. Buyers outside of Texas are responsible for applicable taxes in your state. All buyers will be responsible for document $50.00 and and a vit tax .00248106 based on sales price. And there is an additonal E-Tag temp tag fee of $5.00. In most situations the titles to our vehicles will be in our possession at the time of purchase; however, there may be occasions where the title work will be completed after the transaction. In some cases there may be delays in receiving the original vehicle title work. This procedure is very normal and should be of no concern. In most states there may be titles to vehicles that are held by banks or other lien holders as collateral for loans which explains the reasons for the title delays. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Texas and guarantee a clean title on all of our vehicles. Titles will be forwarded by an overnight service to establish proper tracking procedures for your protection and convenience.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction CALL US TO DISCUSS DEPOSIT. The remainder is due within 5 days of Auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
