We purchased this minivan from a Vermont school system. It seemed to run and drive very well. We put 3,000 miles on it and my wife heard a loud bang and brought the vehicle to a stop. When i showed up i saw a puddle of transmission fluid under the van. We had a friend of ours who is a mechanic look at it and he said it needs a new transmission/transaxle. We have since purchased a new vehicle. We had new front brakes and new tires installed on this when we purchased it. It has rust starting on the bottom of the doors, tailgate, and on the strut tower. We sold it once on ebay sometime ago and when the person came to pick it up he siad hye would not take it due to the rust. We have lowered the reserve to $450 to just get rid of it before we get snow. It is located in Melrose New York (upstate) the zip code is 12121.
