Red 1997 DODGE CARAVAN Family Van EXPORT No Reserve
Red 1997 Dodge Caravan. The van has minor cosmetic issues. The molding is missing on the passenger sliding door. There is some rust on the left rear fender and the bottom right hand side of the tailgate. There is a small crack on the rear bumper located on the passenger side and there is a small hole in the center of the bumper. It has three rows of seats which are fairly clean. The carpet has some stains from normal usage. The van runs and drives fine. The brakes are good. The tires are very good. Overall, this would make a very nice family van. This is a no reserve auction, so don't miss out on this great opportunity!
This vehicle is being sold as is, where is, without any warranties expressed or implied. Therefore by New York state law, we cannot sell to New York state residents. If you are a New York state resident or plan on registering this vehicle in New York state, please do not bid.
A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is expected within 24 hours of the auction close. You must also contact us via phone or email to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. The balance is due within 7 days of the auction close in the form of a bank wire, bank check, or cash in person. Titles that are paid for by cashiers (bank) check will be held up to 14 business days for checks to clear. If funds are not received and alternate arrangements have not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to to other potential buyers on a first come, first serve basis. If we do not receive payment, we will apply for eBay credit, and you will receive a non-paying bidder's strike.
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will be happy to provide you trucking references.
All of our cars are cars are sold as is with no warranties expressed or implied, therefore by New York state law, we cannot sell to New York state residents. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered in. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered. The vehicle prices do not include applicable state sales tax, tags & registration fees, and a $99.00 paperwork processing fee. All winning bidders must pay a $99.00 paperwork processing fee - NO EXCEPTIONS. Do not bid if you do not agree with our terms.
New York state does not offer temporary tags. If you live outside of New York and plan on driving the vehicle home, you will need an in transit permit. We can obtain a permit for you from the DMV for $25.We welcome all interested parties to come and inspect these vehicles. Please do so before the close of the auction. As a bidder, you are entering a legal binding contract to purchase this vehicle.

The cars we list for auction are not "retail ready" which means they may or may not need to be mechanically updated in order to pass your local state inspection. We do not offer New York state inspections and we ask that New York state residents do not bid on any of our auctions. It is the bidder's responsibility to make any necessary repairs to pass their state inspection. This will be at the bidder's expense and is not included in the final price of the winning bid.
