The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
Terms and Conditions
Fee and Tax Information: All purchases subject to $45 notary fee. Inspection (NYS residents only) and applicable $2.50 NYS Tire Recycling Fee to be added to purchase price. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
1. By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT to purchase the above described vehicle. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement.
2. Suzuki Chevrolet of Lockport reserves the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction and the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early, if necessary. Furthermore, Suzuki Chevrolet of Lockport shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason.
3. Bidders with only negative feedback or bid retractions need not bother to bid on our vehicles. These bids will be automatically rejected.
4. Bidder must be 18 years or older.
5. Successful high bidder MUST contact Suzuki Chevrolet of Lockport within 48 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. A non-refundable $1000 minimum down payment must be paid within 48 hours of the auction end date. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of the auction end date. If payment is not received within this time frame the vehicle can be sold to the next highest bidder, or any other potential buyer at the seller’s discretion. FUNDS MUST BE WIRE TRANSFERED, CERTIFIED FUNDS, OR FINANCED THROUGH A LENDING INSTITUTION.
6. You, the buyer, will be responsible for all applicable taxes and registration fees in your state of residence. Suzuki Chevrolet of Lockport will collect and remit all applicable fees and taxes for vehicle registration. A $55.00 documentary fee will be charged for doing so. In addition, vehicles being driven to your location will be charged a $25.00 NY State transit plate fee. Before NY State transit plate is attached to vehicle all insurance policies need to be in place. All overnight package fees to register your vehicle will be an additional $20.00 per package.
7. Please understand that PRE-OWNED vehicles are occasionally not furnished with multiple keys, books, remotes, cartridges, top boots, records, etc. If we have these items we will certainly pass them on to the buyer. Otherwise, the seller is NOT RESPONSIBLE for these items. Feel free to contact us while the auction is LIVE and we will be happy to indicate what is available.
8. Suzuki Chevrolet of Lockport has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year, and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Suzuki Chevrolet of Lockport shall not be liable for previous paintwork conditions.
9. Suzuki Chevrolet of Lockport welcomes a buyer’s inspection. If you plan to have an inspection done, please do so prior to the auctions end. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges. No consideration can be made for inspections performed after the close of an auction. Product protection is limited to the extent of the warranties disclosed.
10. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping arrangements and costs.
